Feel into each of these two aspects of the holding environment. What needs holding? How can we hold what needs holding?

Bringing childlike energy; ‘noodling around’.

Consider a chant to uplift the heart.

Inviting the child within through visualization.

Sense into an attitude that feels kind and caring and keep checking back on it throughout the sitting or your day. It will keep changing. Adjust accordingly. What helps you remember back into this attitude?
