What would it be like to pause in the middle of your day and notice, to drop in and notice what it feels inside? Check in on the BODY, on what it's doing, on its BREATHING, on the MIND, on what it's thinking, and on the HEART, on the attitude of attention. Then, adjust accordingly... letting go of stress and bringing about ease.
