Practicing alone and together can give a significant boost to our meditation practice. Here is an opportunity to have such an experience from the comfort of your home!
We will meet via ‘Zoom’ but if you are local and inclined, you are also welcome to join us in our meditation space—first 12 people only.
If you are not familiar with Zoom, it is an easy, user-friendly online platform where we can all see and speak with each other so it offers an intimate experience.
Guided instructions and encouragement will be offered throughout. Alternately sitting, standing and shaking loose the tensions,
we will ground, breathe, calm, settle, soothe…soothe everything back into an inner holding environment.
We ask you to attend the entire session.
This session will be offered for dana and all proceeds will support the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy. More information and a link will be provided after the event.
