About The Event
Join us for the inaugural online half day of mindfulness practice.
Together, alternately sitting, standing and shaking it loose,
we will ground, breathe, calm, settle, soothe… Soothe disturbances back into a holding environment.
Guided instructions and encouragement will be offered throughout.
This session will be offered for dana. Information and a link will be provided after the event.
We will meet via Zoom and we ask that you attend the entire session.
If you are not familiar with Zoom, it is an easy, user-friendly online platform where we can all see and speak with each other so it offers an intimate experience.
