About The Event

NOTE: Registration closes at noon on Saturday, May 30 (EDT).

This Mini-Retreat was initially scheduled for May 17 and has been moved to May 31. The event is sponsored by the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy

Practicing alone and together can give a significant boost to our meditation practice.  Here is a longer opportunity to have such an experience with Bill and Susan from the comfort of your home! 

Due to the current Corona pandemic and for the welfare of your well-being, this event will only be offered online via Zoom. 

If you are not familiar with Zoom, it is an easy, user-friendly online platform where we can all see and speak with each other so it offers an intimate experience.

Guided instructions and encouragement will be offered throughout. Alternately sitting, standing and shaking loose the tensions, we will ground, breathe, calm, settle, soothe…soothe everything back into an inner holding environment.


NOTE: We ask you to attend the entire session. By registering for this event you will be added to Bill and Susan's email list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

This session will be offered for dana and all proceeds will support the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy. More information will be provided.
